Our Priests

Rev David Chattell

David has been Rector of the Benefice of Farleigh, Candover and Wield since April 2011 when he moved here from a smaller rural group of churches in West Berkshire. Before ordination he taught Science in a comprehensive school in Gloucester.

He is married to Ruth who is also involved with our churches as she is a licenced lay minister.

They have four children and a dog named Tess who is sometimes known as Tess of the Candovers!
